IMPLANTATION???? TMI

I have had regular periods all my life. They might've varied in amount but NEVER length. NEVER. Always 5 days. These pictures are basically all the blood I've had over the last THREE days. I had like another pad of this amount on the bottom and then I woke up with a dot yesterday. Yea one. Like a speck. I was freaking out then it came down real brown like the bottom. My periods have been BRIGHT Throughout. No PCOS , no Endo, no hormone imbalance, I just had a mild case of PID. Could this be implant? Im 21, I don't know what else could cause this, anyone can shed some light? The bleeding/period/spotting has stopped 🤔I freeballed AKA no pad yesterday for like 6 hours cause the pad was making me dry and uncomfortable. I don't know whether to be scared about that or not
