Advice?

So I've been having casual sex with a guy for about two months now and I'm falling for him hard. When I sleep over at his house all of his attention is on me except for when he's snapchating other girls right in front of me flirting and everything.. but when he drops me off at my house I barely hear from him until I go to his house again. He's very open about having sex with more girls than me every week.. he says he loves me but all he wants is friends and sex.. I don't know what to do
