Pain after sex without condome

I just implanted the IUD Wendsday and I had yesterday (Saturday) for the first time sex without a condome with my boyfriend, because before I couldn't take the pill and used of course condoms.. well after having sex without the condom, I have pain while I pee, it burns and my viginal "canal" feels strange somehow, I felt it burning also straight after sex. I don't know what it could be but maybe someone already had the same feeling and could tell me if it is just normal for the first time sex without condom..
