They say first morning urine is best for testing but lets say i hold my pee for 6-8 hours, is it the same? I just figured it woukd be because your usually sleeping that long.

Also, when is the best time to take an ovulation test? I heard fmu isnt a good time

I was wondering the exact same thing! I'm currently holding it either now and planning to test in a couple hours so i hope it's the same as fmu! Also I think you should do opks in the afternoon as you can have an lh surge in the morning that could give you a false positive.

The day I got my BFP I took the pregnancy test in the afternoon. It definitly hadn't been more than 2 hours since I had last used the restroom.

I would use the opks when I got home from work around 5-6pm. Good luck!
