14 weeks. Boy or girl? My sons to compare on the right

I had a 14 week US and the tech told me it's a boy. I happily left and then went home to compare to my sons 14 week gender shot. Before I get too excited about him having a brother I just want to be sure... they look different to me? My sons is on the right with a clear picture of the arrow pointing to the penis... this pregnancy on the left. Sorry it's zoomed in so you have to click on the picture to see it! Thank you
