keeping up with pp medication
There's an app out there called "round" that I would recommend for helping keep track of pp meds, or meds in general. You put when during the day you need to take them and it alerts you.
This app helped me a lot those first few days when I was still groggy and didn't know which way was up or if it was night or day.
