In so much pain

Okay so I have no idea what is going on...so I'll be honest my man is blessed in the pants but this has only happened to me twice now and today was the worst. So my man and I had sex and he likes the hit the top. He hit the top probably 3 times today and once we both finished my stomach was in knots! I went to get ready for a shower and I started getting like hot/cold sweats. I then decided I should lay down for a bit and as I was walking to the bed I blacked out 🙈 Has this happened to anyone else? That was like 2 hours ago and my stomach still hurts 😭 Af is due any day now so I don't know if it has anything to do with that or not 😬 Anythinng helps!
