How to get his attention again?

I just want him to hold me voluntarily in strand of me having to start everything and always kiss and hug first. How do I get his attention again? He's never really been that type to begin with but it was never this bad. Last week I asked him if everything was okay and if we were okay and he said (refer to picture) but nothing's changed and I'm still begging for him to notice me. I don't know what he means about "put in some effort" I do everything. I cook clean and pay almost everything. I give him attention and tell him how much he means to me and how much I appreciate him. I don't know what "effort" I need to give for him to make me feel like he loves me again.
