Can you put paint on baby's feet?

I want to make christmas cards for family from my daughter as its her first christmas. She is just turned one month old. I want to do her footprints on the card, can I use regular poster paint or acrylic paint on her feet? I will obviously wash it straight off after and do a patch test first to make sure she doesnt have a reaction, but are those the types people normally use or is there specific paint for it? If not, could I use facepaint maybe?

Yes, you can. I've been doing my baby's foot prints since she was a month old. I just used some black, washable paint.

I've never personally seen baby paint but I'm sure it exists! But if you can't find it, I'd recommend face paint so you know it's meant for skin! I think the foot print is a cute idea 😋
