14 year old had surgery?

I was waiting in line at a restaurant and there was another family waiting around us for a table, it was a girl and her mother.
Now I thought this girl was in her 20's, but then I heard their strange conversation (sorry for being nosey!)
The girl asked her mom if she could buy alcohol, and the mother told her "no, you're only 14" and then the girl started complaining and saying "well I look 21". And they got into a small argument and the mother told her daughter how ungrateful she was being since "I had to pay so much extra money to get you your surgeries, don't take advantage of it". And then she even started LISTING the surgeries she got her to make her realize how "grateful" she is for her mother to get them, and geez was it a lot. Lip injections, butt and breast implants, facial surgery, and nose surgery.
They were whispering, but it was more like whisper yelling and they were sitting right next to me. I didn't say anything, but I was shocked. How do you guys feel about stuff like this? And what would you have done? 🤐😷 I'm still surprised this happened

Lol I love how everyone is saying mind your own business like your fault for listening to people who obviously have a wacky relationship. Like they wouldn't also be listening, thinking omg or texting like, "girl, you won't believe this." 🐸☕️

At least let the kid get through her awkward stage before all of those surgeries take place!!!  I know money can buy anything, but that's a bit much for a surgeon to agree to unless she was a he maybe and went full sex change?  Who knows these days

No no no. 
If my daughter had a legitimate thing that made her feel insecure then I would pay for it when she was like 16 or 18. But it would have to be something that wouldn't change with puberty, like having moles or scars removed or even possibly (but probably not) lip injections if she literally had NO lips. Maybe a nose job if there was something like a big bump or it was crooked. But nothing like big fake boobs or butt or big fake lips or just getting a smaller nose when there's nothing really wrong. 
People may disagree but I knew a girl in high school who had a huge bump on her nose and she hated it. Her parents got her a nose job just to get rid of the bump and I saw nothing wrong with that. It was never going to change or go away on its own and it made her feel much more confident. 
I would hope to teach her to love her body the way it was but if there was something that really bothered her, I feel like it would be best to help her fix that to avoid any lasting insecurities. As long as the thing that bothered her wasn't just having small boobs or a small butt. Or even small lips (no lips at all is a different thing).

You really shouldn't have been listening in, but I have to say that allowing her 14 year old daughter to get plastic surgery is disgusting, irresponsible, and shows that she is an unfit mother. It's basically telling her daughter that she isn't good enough the way she is, and physical appearance is the only thing that matters.
