Need to settle a row!! And opinions welcomed

Ok so my husband has put all his belongings in our shed only because we had a row and in the heat of it he said he was leaving so I helped him by grabbing all his clothes and throwing them down the stairs. 3 days later his stuff is still in the shed and he refuses to bring it back in saying "it's all staying in there it's never coming back in! My argument is it's not a fucking marriage when your husband is living out of shed, but he seems to disagree....what do you all think??
