New friend is dating a married man.

My friend has just revealed to me that she's been dating/sleeping with a married man. She asked me not to judge because she's heard it all before. He's married with children.. they've been having an affair for 5 years and she's willing to continue it. He told her that he'll leave his wife for her evebtually. I don't even know what to say to her or how to start. I told her he's taking advantage of her time& youth and she said she loves him.

Shes asked me for advice several times but doesn't want to hear "leave his ass" from me anymore

how do I avoid losing a new friendship but still give her advice😫😫😫😫
