Very sore, swollen and tender breast

I've been having very tender, sore and swollen breast since Friday evening. Now Monday afternoon and they are even worse. Its NEVER lasted more then a couple hrs when caused by AF and never as painful. Could this be a strong pregnancy symptom? I'm 12dpo and AF is due on Wednesday, 1/14. Anyone else have it longer and worse and had a BFP or was it AF?
