Best shoes for toddlers with severe flat feet?

My daughter is 17 months trying to walk but her feet are so flat. She has some stride rites but are there other shoes that are good for flat feet.

Hard bottom shoes the old fashion kind I had both soft and hard for my daughter before I brought any other kind of shoe ... I'm still old skool when it comes to certain stuff
