HCG shot and Ovulation

I just got an HCG shot this morning. I had one follicle that measured at 18.3. I know the next 48 hours are critical for BD'ing, but it would really be nice to pinpoint it a little more. We both work, so morning and nights are our only option. Any advice about the best timing?
