Ectopic symptoms?

I just today got this horrible pain on my right ovary....I'm 7 weeks 1 day and I don't ever remember having this pain on my side before...could this mean I'm ectopic?

It's lower almost like a cyst popped but I was able to take a warm bath and it's now gone.

I had the same issue but the pain was mid right side thru to my back. I was have gallbladder issues.
