I lost my baby at 21 weeks this past June and my doctors are uncertain about the circumstances they don't know if I have an incompetent cervix or infection. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant and having severe back pain along with some tightening in my abdomen. Should I be concerned? My next appt. isn't for another week. Not sure if I should just go to the ER. Please help.
