How many moms switched to formula from breastfeeding in the first month ?

My lo is only 2 weeks old and I'm feeling defeated. My milk supply is not keeping up with his demand and it's causing him to be fussy and clingy everyday. I'm thinking of stopping while I'm ahead and just give him formula.
