is this normal?

I have a difficult time understanding my chart sometimes. Is it normal for my body temps to be so high? My temps don't normally go so high. Normally they are in the 97-98's before I ovulate and then they are in the 99's after. They just seem to be staying in the 99's and 100's this whole cycle? I'm not sick and I've actually been working on being more consistent with temping at the same times and not changing room temp too much over night. My period was also oddly light this cycle as well.
