My first appointment to see my ob is Jan 20 (according to my lmp Ill be 8 weeks then) the doctor is going to do a sonogram that day. My dad is a fraternal twin (and he has multiple fraternal twin sibblings) and my husbands mother is an identical twin.... Im wondering if anyone knows what the chances are that I could be having twins, and also, when the doctor does the sonogram, if I am carrying twins, will she definitely see them both that day?
