PP31 days and constipated

I never had issues during pregnancy but now! Oh my God. I've basically been on laxatives and stool softeners the last month and that's still not working. When I'm lucky enough to pool it's solid and it drips my butt hole up and I bleed. Someone please give me advice. Anyone been there after childbirth????
