how long after ovulation until you test?

I am so impatient and I just wanna know for sure. I feel like I have symptoms but when I tested yesterday (really early) I got a negative. I am wondering how long all you ladies wait before you test?

I know your pain. Just started ttc last week and we were dumb and took a test last night. We knew it would be negative but just want to know like now lol just wait a week or two than try testing again. Baby dust to you, I know this wait can be hard!

Wih my first it didnt not come up positive until exactly 6 days sooner counting the day i took it. Even the day before it was neg
