4 month sleep regression?

Anyone else hit it yet? My boy won't be 4 months old until the 13th but he woke a lot last night and I'm afraid we are headed in the same direction tonight :(

Everything was wonderful. I was getting sleep. She was sleeping in her crib and life was grand for us both. Until three days ago. A week away from 4 months and all she wants to do is fight sleep and be held 24/7. My back is killing me. But car rides still zonk her out so I've  been relying on it as my last resort at night.

I didn't know about this, but makes senses my little guy is 3.5 months and he won't nap at all anymore he falls asleep in my arms once I set him down he cries until he is held again well good to know thought he was just cranky

We hit it at 14 weeks a few weeks ago and ended up starting sleep training because my back was giving out on me and I just couldn't do it anymore. 6 days in and we are both much happier campers.

My daughter is 16 weeks and just last night started waking every hour. She usually sleeps 8 hours at night, so it was rough getting up every hour to give her her pacifier back. I ended up nursing her to sleep after 3 hours, after which she slept another 3 hours before waking. I am so hoping it was a one-time ordeal. Luckily for me, she's been napping for the last hour so I've been able to rest a bit this morning.

We hit it bang on 15 weeks! It's like having. Newborn back! Sleeping in my arms and waking alllllll the time 😭💤 I'm freaking out tho cause everything I'm reading says this is a permanent change to their sleeping and that any bad habits they pick up now will stick 😭 xx

Were in it now too. We went from 6-7 hour stretches back to 2-3. It started on Saturday. He will be 4 months on the 12th.

Ugh it's rough!! Hang in there momma!! Ours lasted a few days. Your little one will get back to normal and you will sleep again!!

We actually ended up having an okay night last night but naps and getting to bed were rough. I know it's only the beginning! Just hoping by Christmas he magically figures it all out because we have family staying with us and I don't want to be up a million times when they are here ☹️️

My little guy started on the exact day he turned 4 months, it was like he knew it haha, I'm just hoping it doesn't last too long and that he goes back to being a great sleeper
