Can someone tell me the first signs of postpartum depression? I am worried that I may have it and have just overlooked it at first.. I am feeling very upset tonight for no apparent reason. I feel like I could cry, again for no reason... I feel useless. I feel like my husband deserves a better wife.. so many thoughts in my head, and I just am not sure how to handle them tonight.
