I've been having real bad gas today and now i'm cramping really bad like right where my belly button is but it's so bad that i can barely even stand up straight. I'm not bleeding yet but i'm really worried any ideas? FTM here and i know that cramping in the beginning is possible but i've never had this bad of cramps before... i'm only 9 weeks and 5 days and i'm freaking out! What could it be? Should i be worried?
