2 week period now late???

I got my period Oct 23 and had it for about 2 weeks.. it got loght/stopped for a few days but it was fully gone by nov 13th.. I usually have a 27-28 cycle. It's been 3 weeks since the end of my last period.. I'm either 2 weeks or 2days late (unsure cuz if the long period) but negative ept.. What's going on??
