I am freaking out 😖

The day before yesterday I found a little lump in my areola of my right breast. I have scheduled an appointment for this Friday. I am 24 yrs old. This is freaking me out. I have read that a lump doesn't necessarily mean cancer but it is driving me crazy.

My breasts haven't changed, I don't have any liquid coming from them, or anything stranger. Still, so many thoughts come thru.
