movement at 11 weeks?

Question

I know it's not common to feel movement this early. But I am 11 weeks and my first pregnancy. I've been home sick all day with a sinus infection, I was laying on the couch, worrying about my next doctors appointment and I SWEAR I felt this tiny little tumble low in my belly. This did not feel like gas either. What do you guys think? Was it baby or gas?

I just felt what feels like a finger grazing my stomach on the inside on the right side of my stomach last night and it scared the crap out of me. I'm pretty sure it was a kick. My husband is unsure but believes me. Is this what a kick feels like? It was unlike anything I had ever felt before. I'm 11 weeks and 3 days.

This is my second pregnancy past 8 weeks. I have one son. I'm 13 weeks today, and I have definitely felt this baby move..Its not often, only when I'm laying down...and it's definitely different than gas. I don't remember exactly when I felt my first son move...but it's so exciting.
