Implantation? Period? Ugh!

AF was supposed to start 5 days ago.. I started spotting 3 days ago, the first day I gushed red blood once and then its been nothing but on and off light pink spotting. Im holding out on taking a test because I really dont want to be disappointed. What do you ladies think?
