no morning sickness for 2 days.... should I worry??

Hey....
I've been having sickness since 6weeks am now 9 and the last two days I've not had anything.
I'm starting to worry coz I keep reading that morning sickness is an indicator of healthy pregnancy xx

I've had nausea on and off since week 6. It's starting to ease off considerably and now I'm being hit with the tiredness which hasn't been an issue until beginning of week 9. I didn't stress about the nausea decreasing. In fact I was jumping for joy not waking up at 4am feeling sick or during my car journey to work feeling sick. Please dont worry and if you are worried, that's what your doctor and midwife are for X

I'm over 9 weeks and have only been tired and no nausea or sickness whatsoever! I count myself as one of the lucky ones...long may it continue! Please note....having no symptoms is no indication that there is something wrong, we're just lucky buggers. Every pregnancy and woman is different x

With my first I lost all symptoms at 9 weeks. He is about to be a year old now!! I remember panicking and I went to the doctor. They told me it's common to start feeling better between 9-12 weeks. 😊 now I'm pregnant with my second and it's pretty much the same. I'm starting to feel better and I'm a little over 9 weeks. I had morning sickness for 4 days, nothing for 2 days and then it came back with a vengeance.

My doctor assures me strength of symptoms isn't an indicator of the pregnancy so try not to stress too much :)

That is not true at all! I'm a nurse and also with my first pregnancy I did not have any symptoms at all and I mean any through the entire 9 months and I have a health and happy 2 year old daughter ! With this pregnancy now I have been having on and off nausea and tender breasts so bad I wanna cry

My morning sickness only lasted for about two weeks. As soon as I turned 8 weeks, it was completely gone. Now, I still get sick when I eat some foods or if I go too long without eating... Unfortunately, that seems to be a symptom that stays the whole time. (At least it did with my first)

My mom and both grandmas never had any morning sickness and neither have I so far. I'm 10weeks. I don't think it's a sign of a healthy pregnancy, everyone is different and handles the changes in different ways.

I am almost 11 weeks and have the same issue. Some days I have no issue some days I'm down like I have the flu. I asked my Doc and he said I am most likely just adjusting to the hormones and changes not to worry. Also said embrace it because it will most likely come back second trimester.

Not at all! My symptoms disappeared for a week around week 7, then came back! So far, so good!
