My obgyn said saline sprays wont do much at all and might irritate passages even more (i know for me it didnt work). Flonase was approved by my doc and benadryl.

I use Ocean. Its a salt water saline solution. It is safe at any point in pregnancy. I would suggest getting a warm vaporizor to sleep with at night. My congestion was terrible until I got mine. I added a little peppermint oil and it worked like a charm. You could alao use breathe right strips at night too! I was sooo miserable before I found the trick! Hope you feel better!
