pelvic pain

I'm 31 weeks + 3 days and I've had pain all around my hips for the last few weeks in the mornings but has gone away around lunch time. But today it's a lot worse, the pain is more central under my bump and around my 'area' underneath. It feels like it's pain in my pelvis and not my bump or baby itself. I'm due at the midwife in 7 days time, should I call my GP or midwife at the hospital sooner or just wait until my 32 week appointment next week?
