I get extremely painful periods. Cramps so bad that I cripple over, vomit, get dizzy spells, have to call out of work every time. I also get unbearable exhausted. Husband and I have been seeing a fertility specialist due to me not ovulating but get a period every month. So far haven't been able to find the cause, don't know if this is all related. Anyone else get periods like this? Has there been an underlying issue? Any remedies?
