bladder infection or healing?

I'm 3 weeks pp. yesterday I started getting why pains in my pelvis area. They come and go. Should I see my dr, does this sound like a bladder infection?

I had that pain start about 1 week PP. a couple times I was in tears from the pain...especially when I would try to relax my muscles when peeing. I went to the doctor and he said something with or near the bladder gets moved and is just another part of healing. I had an emergency c section tho so not sure if it's a part of vaginal or not!

The same started today. But I had a cesction!
