Whenever you want. You don't have to fill in all of the parts if you don't want to or if it doesn't apply to you that day. Sometimes I just log that I had sex and that's fine. Sometimes I log multiple times a day because my symptoms change and that's fine too. It has no effect on your calendar since the logs are just there for your sake. If you want to keep a daily log of your body, you can. If you only want to log when you have certain symptoms, you can. It's your choice.
