Looks totally normal.  I was nervous because my sons looked like yours but smelled kinda bad. My midwife said thats normal too. Being it essentially has to rot off. Congrats on your baby :)

Looks normal as long as the surrounding skin isn't red then it's fine. My baby's didn't fall off until she was 20 days old
