sore nipples this early?

Only 3 weeks according to my cycle still running with the BFN tests but my nipples are super sensitive to touch already is this normal at this stage in potential pregnancy? Also gas like crazy :/ I rarely get pms symptoms like this but I don't want to hype this up too much just waiting on my rainbow.
