Reverse cycling?

Baby was sleeping so good at night and now! She is sleeping all day and up all night. If she doesn't sleep tonight that will be the third night without sleep! Anyone have any advice on how to fix this?

We had success getting our guy too switch. We woke him up to eat every 2-3 hours (timing from the start of the feed with the app) during the day. We still encouraged him to nap as much as he wanted beyond that an d tried to stick to the "never awake more than 90 minutes at a time" rule. I also talked/sang to him during feeding and we kept the lights on and generally weren't super quiet except right when he was falling asleep.

Then at night we keep everything dark with just a closet light on to see for feeding/changing. I don't talk to him or make eye contact, just comforting shhhhs. And we use a white noise machine in our bedroom. We've also found that he sleeps more reliably in his rock and play than his bassinet, so we use the rock and play at night and the bassinet for naps.

He doesn't sleep through the night, but does 2-4 hour chunks and goes right back to sleep after eating. (I change him and reswaddle him before feeding him at night,) Good luck.

I'm hoping to fix mine tonight because we have been up partying for the past 2 nights till 4-5 am. 
What I did today was get up early, feed him, then kept him up for at least an hour doing floor activities, reading a book, and/or a few minutes of tummy time. Then I let him have a light nap for an hour. 
Then I fed, 1 hour awake, 1 hour light nap... All the way until about 9 pm. Then I let him sleep pretty hard until 11:30, fed him once more, and immediately put him back to sleep (after quick burp and diaper change). I'm hoping he sleeps until 5/5:30 (this will be the first night I don't wake him every 2-3 hours to feed).
So far, he's sleeping peacefully besides a few groans (probably digesting the last milk).

SUPPOSEDLY...  keeping them up makes it worse. Idk how true it is. When I told my mom this theory she said it was bull crap. I do know when I tried to keep mine up, it just made for a cranky baby and he didn't sleep any longer. But people have been keeping baby up during the day since forever. Maybe there's a secret to it or something.
