Chance of pregnancy?

I had sex with condoms, filled the condom with water to see if it had any holes and it did not. I emptied it out, washed my hands w liquid soap, dried them i thinkkk, and maybe I touched my vagina. Is there a risk of pregnancy? It's been 12 days since it happened, and i've been having a bit of nausea. I think i was on my fertile days when that happened, bc of the way my cervical mucus felt/looked. My cycles tend to be 30 or 32 days long, according to an app I track I'm on day 22 of my cycle. I did not take plan b, and i have not taken a preg test
