Sleep help!!

I need ideas on how to help my almost 5 month old to fall asleep on her own without the boob. It's driving me crazy... she won't fall asleep unless she is nursed to sleep which means I have no life and hubby and I can never go on a date. I just want one night where she will fall asleep without my boobs. If anyone has any advice or ideas I would greatly approximate them!!
