Bleeding at 30w+5

I just woke up and went to the restroom to go number two and when I went to wipe, there was dark red, almost mucusy blood on the toilet paper. Then the second wipe I did to check, it wasn't a whole lot of blood, but it did smear dark pinkish color.

It's not from a hemorrhoid, it came from the vagina because there was traces of it when I went back in to check and wipe a second time.

What could this be? Should I call my doctor or just wait it out. My son has been kicking me and rolling around all night, so should I be worried?
