Pubic bone pain
So for the past week or so my pubic bone (where pubic hair is and also underneath) is literally killing me!! When I move, walk, sit for to long, move in sleep you name it I feel pain. It feel like there is a massive amount of pressure on it and it's going to just crack open or somthing it's awful.
With my dd I had SPD but that was in my hips/groin never really in pubic bone. I have the pain in hips again and have since 16 weeks but now this pubic pain omg it hurts so bad.
Is this my spd but worse than before or is it because baby is head down or somthing? I'm 24+3 weeks pregnant
