Okay let's face it. Being a SAHM and being around my in laws I don't have much time to go to the gym, I don't feel right leaving her with my in laws just like that.
So my question is, what are some home workouts you mommas do ? I'm officially 5 months pp and I feel like I've been gaining more weight and it needs to stop lol please help me out ! Do you drink a special drink ? Special workout routine ? I would like to tone my legs and I need a lot of work in the tummy area / love handles
