Stages of motherhood

What stage in your childs life did you do better in? I personally did better in the baby stage. The nurturing and comforting came natural for me and I always held her. But from about 3-6 I feel like I'm losing my mind! I never thought i'd get tired of hearing the word "mom", every 5 minutes. I love watching her grow and learn and she's developing her own style but I feel like I did a better job as a mom when she was between 0 and 3. Does anyone else feel like they were more comfortable in different ages with their kids?
