postpartum sex

I'm 13 weeks post partum and I had a 2nd degree tear. I've been sexually active with my partner again since 6 weeks PP and understandably it hurts a little. However, it still hurts, like a sharp stinging pain, in my perineum where I tore but only when my partner first goes in. After sex, when I go pee, the inside of my vagina feels weird, kind of like a swollen feeling. I also seem to get this when I have a bowel movement. Does anyone know what this could be or is it normal?
