Hcg blood test: positive or negative?

I literally just got my blood test results online and I'm alittle confused about my hcg level it said your result < 2 miu/mi 
​Does this mean its above 2 and I possibly could be pregnant?
​I'm hoping to get the full report tomorrow. Last month my result was .5
