please help photo edit or something

My boyfriend had a dick picture on his deleted album on his phone and I was so mad all I was able to do was get a picture of his screen, (not first time this has happened and I was looking for a picture of our cat an he was rite there) I don't need judgement. Plus the picture was taking at work in morning so that just pissed me off even more. Well today I went to delet the picture off of my phone and seen the picture of a woman was the next picture we don't have any women in the family and it's not me or his mom so I'm trying to see if someone can edit the picture so I can see it clear it's hard to be mad when I don't even know what I'm looking at ?
