Help me
So today went to fertility doctor I'm in day 20 and my ovulation strips were positive yesterday and today and last month I had 3 good follicals but none took so she did an ultrasound to see how many I had this time and she said I was not gonna get preg cause it was only one small one . Yesterday I felt an ache is there a possibility I had other follicals who released and she could only see the one left?
