My friends always tell me to relax and not to overthink too much and let nature take it's course. They say the more you want it, it's not going to happen. People get pregnant when they stop trying so hard. Is this true?

With my first baby I just had the if it happens it happens kind if attitude. My dad was was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I wanted him to see his grand baby but at the same time I knew his biggest dream was for me to finish collage. Just did whatever and I got pregnant the first time. I had no idea when I ovulated or anything just had sex when I felt it. Needless to say that little girl have my dad the encouragement he needed to fight another year!!

It is true that it is better to be relaxed- but, you still need to bd at the right time! Also, if you have a medical condition where you weren't ovulating, or something else wrong, tracking bbt and opk can help alert you to that and you can seek help sooner. So I think it is more a personal situation than a general situation.

I have been pregnant 3 times each time was when I was not thinking about it it really has proved to me that when your not stressed out about it and relaxe it will happen

Yes. That is true! Many get pregnant after 'giving up' or 'take a brake' ... Your soul has a great effect to your body - and can cause this. Good luck for you!
