I'm 6.5 weeks post partum, exclusively breastfeeding and finished my after delivery bleeding 3 weeks ago and I woke up with period cramps and light bleeding. Is this really my period already?!

I got mine 7 weeks ppm and I'd started the mini pill. Just had my second one. I too EBF.
